Origin Story
Behind ralfsfincas are, among others, Ralf zur Linde and Julian Grupp, who as founders of Fincallorca had already built the largest provider of holiday fincas in Mallorca. After selling the company in 2019, both felt a growing desire to be closer again – to the guests, to the finca owners, and to what truly defines Mallorca. Not quantity, but quality. Not an anonymous platform, but real, personal advice.
The decisive impulse for the new start came from the close circle of Mallorcan finca owners. They asked Ralf and Julian to create a new rental agency – small, refined, and heartfelt. A project driven by passion, expertise, and a great deal of authenticity.
Thus, in 2025, ralfsfincas.de was born – a platform offering exclusively hand-picked fincas from its own established network. Fincas such as Es Garrovers, Son Buc, or the unique Takatuka Beach House exemplify the commitment to personally knowing and individually managing each property.
