Since 2016, the so-called ‘Ecotasa’ has been in place throughout the Balearic Islands, including Mallorca. This is the equivalent of the visitor's tax in Germany. It is payable by all tourists over the age of 16 and amounts to between €0.55 and €2.20 per person per night, depending on the accommodation and season. As a rule, the Ecotasa must be paid in cash to the landlord on arrival. However, there are also houses where the Ecotasa is included in the price. The price information always indicates whether you have to pay the Ecotasa on arrival.

Yes, your accommodation provides bed linen, towels, and also tea towels – so there's no need to bring your own.

Unless stated otherwise, the final cleaning is included in the rental price. Please dispose of your waste independently at the designated collection points called Punt Verd. Thank you very much for your cooperation!

As many of our fincas are located in rural areas outside of towns, there is no traditional door-to-door waste collection at the property. We therefore kindly ask you to dispose of your waste independently during and at the end of your stay, which also helps prevent the spread of ants or other insects on the premises. In every village on Mallorca, there are central collection points known as Punt Verd, usually located at the village entrances, near large supermarkets, or at roundabouts. Mallorca places great importance on recycling, so you will find color-coded containers there. Please use the yellow bins for plastic and cans, the blue ones for paper, the green igloos for glass, and the gray or brown containers for general waste. We recommend taking your waste with you daily when you go shopping or on excursions in the village to keep your finca clean and protect the island's environment.
