Prices
Extra costs (on-site): The final cleaning fee is EUR 220 if the property is returned without any defects. If additional effort is required due to the tenant, the fee may be higher. It must be paid in cash on site to the property manager.
Air conditioning is free of charge for up to 10 hours per night during the tropical nights season (temperatures above 20 °C).
Additional usage is charged at €10 per hour. In July and August, air conditioning is included for 12 hours per night. Any extra hours are billed at €10 per hour.
Heating is provided free of charge during the winter season, up to 6 hours per day. Any extra hours are billed at €10 per hour.
