Full Description

The main building features bright, light-filled rooms, white-painted exposed beam ceilings, and sandstone-colored floor tiles. It offers a spacious open-plan living and dining area with a cozy fireplace, as well as a fully equipped, cream-colored kitchen whose long wooden window provides plenty of natural light and wonderful views. A freestanding stone staircase leads up to the air-conditioned bedroom on the upper floor, complete with an ensuite bathroom and access to a private terrace overlooking the surrounding countryside and distant mountains. The terracotta-colored new building comprises four independent double bedrooms with ceiling fans, ensuite bathrooms with showers, and queen-size beds measuring 1.60 m and 1.80 m. Each bedroom has direct access to the shaded terrace; one room also features an adjoining space with large glass sliding doors that can serve as a lounge or children's room. Both parts of the building are equipped with their own central heating for cooler days. In addition, a modern photovoltaic system installed in 2024 supplies the entire property with clean, renewable solar power while feeding excess energy back into the grid.

The outdoor area with its small orchard offers three shaded terraces with cozy built-in benches and lounge areas. A true highlight is the year-round heated pool (10 x 4 m, depth 0.70 to 2.00 m) kept at a comfortable 25°C to 30°C, complete with an outdoor shower, sun loungers, and parasols. The covered pool terrace, shielded by bamboo, climbing plants, and white fabric curtains, offers shelter from the sun and wind. Here you will find a long dining table that doubles as a ping-pong table, alongside a fully equipped summer kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, stove, fridge, and a freestanding charcoal barbecue. Enjoying complete privacy, the villa is situated along a country road near Campos (a 10-minute drive) and is just 4.5 km from the beach of Platja Ses Covetes and the famous natural beach of Es Trenc.
