The property is quietly located just outside Porreres, about half an hour away from the most beautiful sandy beach Mallorca has to offer: Es Trenc. Its crystal-clear water and particularly white and fine sand are certainly worth a trip or two. Porreres is particularly well suited for shopping for everyday necessities, as there are 2 well-stocked and fairly large supermarkets despite the rather small size of the village. The village also offers some very good restaurants if you want to eat out.
