Prices
Extra costs (on-site): The final cleaning fee is EUR 140 if the property is returned without any defects. If additional effort is required due to the tenant, the fee may be higher. It must be paid in cash on site to the property manager.
Electricity is billed on site in cash according to consumption: 0.50 Euro per kWh.
A deposit of €1,000 must be transferred to the landlord in advance. If the property is returned without damage after your stay, the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer by the landlord or property manager.
