Prices
Extra costs (on-site): Electricity (photovoltaic system & storage) is included, as well as 25 liters of diesel (diesel generator for peak electricity demand).
If excessive use of the diesel generator for power generation is required, the additional diesel consumption will be charged at the daily rate.
If the barbecue is not cleaned, a separate cleaning fee of €45 will be charged.
Charging electric vehicles is not permitted.
A deposit of €300 must be transferred to the landlord in advance. If the property is returned without damage after your stay, the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer by the landlord or property manager.
