Extra costs (on-site): Use of the air conditioning, if required, is charged separately at EUR 25 per night and is payable in cash on site.
The final cleaning fee is EUR 300, provided the property is returned in good condition. If additional cleaning is required due to the guest's use, a higher fee may apply. The fee is payable in cash on site to the property manager.
A deposit of €500 must be paid in cash to the landlord on-site. If the property is returned without damage after your stay, the deposit will be refunded in cash on-site by the landlord or property manager.
