Overview

This small rural villa without neighbours is located directly by the sea, ideal for setting up your mobile office in the form of your own laptop on the most beautiful island in the world for two or more months. There is a fast satellite WLAN. Creative professionals in particular should find this the ideal place for their work, with one of the most beautiful views over the whole of Alcudia Bay. The minimum rental period is therefore 2 months. Weekly vacation rentals are not possible here.

About the Location "Colònia de Sant Pere"

The coast, which is located directly in front of the house, is rocky and an excellent snorkeling spot. If you prefer to go sandy into the sea, no problem: several small sandy bays (especially the “Caleta dels Ermitans”) are within easy walking distance (see photos). Colonia de Sant Pere is also within walking distance. There are three supermarkets, a bakery, a small marina and several restaurants right by the sea.

Full Description

The name of the small beach finca “Takatuka Beach House” says it all. Amidst chains of shells, old sea buoys and white-washed ship planks, you are literally on a small island here. The property is located directly by the sea, on the extended beach promenade that connects the fishing village of Colonia de SantPere, 800 m away, with the beautiful natural bay of “Ca Los Camps”. One of the terraces faces the sea and offers a sensational panoramic view of the bay of Alcudia and the open sea. There are no neighbors, the nearest finca is over 200 m away. These are ideal conditions for creative professionals such as graphic designers, copywriters, game designers, etc.

The house has a main living room/bedroom with a double bed, TV and satellite internet access for data transfer. From this room you can access both the terrace facing the sea and the one behind the house, which faces the mountains. The WIFI is strong enough to cover both terraces. There is another double bedroom with 2 single beds and a small single bedroom with a single bed. The kitchen has a gas hob with oven, a large fridge, a washing machine and dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine and a toaster.

Although the functionally furnished house offers hot and cold air conditioning in the master bedroom and a powerful pellet stove, it is more suitable for use as a summer house. Both appliances are located in the main living room/bedroom and can heat it wonderfully. However, the rest of the house cannot be heated. The internet is stable. It is satellite wifi, ideal for work-related communication with other working parties in remote locations. It is a place for creative people who want to work “off the grid” for a while in such an environment.

The Takatuka Beach House can be rented as a remote office for a minimum rental period of 2 months.
