Your landlord will contact you before your arrival to give you his bank details. Please transfer the deposit for your stay in the amount of 500 euros to the landlord's account immediately (i.e. before your arrival). The landlord will transfer the deposit back to your account after your stay, provided that you have left the house without any damage.
A deposit of €500 must be transferred to the landlord in advance. If the property is returned without damage after your stay, the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer by the landlord or property manager.
