Extra costs (on-site): The final cleaning fee is EUR 450 if the property is returned without any defects. If additional effort is required due to the tenant, the fee may be higher. It must be paid in cash on site to the property manager.
A deposit of €1,000 must be paid in cash to the landlord on-site. If the property is returned without damage after your stay, the deposit will be refunded in cash on-site by the landlord or property manager.
