Nestled in the gentle hills west of Artà, the modern villa "S’Hort de Carrossa" offers a welcoming balance of comfort and privacy, with inviting spaces both inside and out. Outdoors, the 32 m² private pool (8 x 4 m) forms the centerpiece of a lovingly maintained garden with lush green lawn and colorful flowers. Around the pool, various chill-out zones with high-quality outdoor furniture create the perfect holiday ambience: a large outdoor sofa and swing chair invite relaxation with an amazing hill view, while a mobile barbecue provides the perfect spot for casual grilling beside the pool. On the back side of the house, a rustic dining table and a hammock offer another welcoming retreat for open-air meals and peaceful moments in nature.

From the terrace, guests enter directly into the bright living room, where a beautiful staircase leads up to the second floor. A wall with a distinctive round window separates the lounge from the adjoining dining and kitchen area, adding charm and light to the interior. The modern kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with a large fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and Nespresso machine. Additional comforts include air conditioning, underfloor heating in parts of the house, and two mobile fans.

The villa accommodates 6 guests in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of them en suite, with both bathrooms equipped with showers. Two bedrooms feature comfortable double beds, while the third is furnished with two single beds.
